Volunteer Forms

If you’d like to volunteer to transport students to/from field trips or sporting events throughout the year you will need to submit a Volunteer Driver Application as well as provide the school office with a photocopy of your Driver’s Licence and an ICBC-issued Driver’s Abstract.

Nut-AWARE Environment

St. Mary's is a nut-aware school, and as such we ask all children to refrain from bringing peanut butter, or any nuts, to school for snacks or lunch.
This applies to any baking brought into the class for birthday celebrations as well as any baked goods donated to the school for fundraisers and/or events.

Our Code of Conduct exists to provide a safe, effective learning environment for all students and staff based on a set of behavioural expectations, disciplinary procedures, and consequences which are both fair and consistent.

Before School care starts at 7 am. Children join other students on the playground at 8:30 am when school supervision starts.

After School Care is offered from 2:50 to 5:45 pm. Activities include outdoor and indoor play, homework and reading time, snack time and more! 

Note:

• Before & After-school care is not available on select dates. A new list of blackout dates will be published each year, prior to the first day of school.

• The Before & After School program is currently full for the 23/24 school year. Contact Mrs. Chiappetta for more information, or to be added to the waiting list.

Bus service is available to and from school. To register for bus service, contact complete the request form below or contact the office for details.
