Weekly Highlights: Nov. 6 - 12

Dear Families,

As I looked at the calendar for the week ahead, it seemed much emptier than in previous weeks!  We have a bit of a breather now before the holiday season starts.

THANK YOU

  • to our Grade 7 class and Mrs. Choboter for organizing fun activities for each class on Hallowe'en, including a Staff-Student Volleyball game.

  • to Mr. Seiler for his work coaching the Grade 4/5 Co-ed soccer team.  They had their season-end tournament on Thursday and won all four games.  Even better than winning is hearing a comment from one of the adult officials regarding how sportsmanlike our team was, and how they played so cleanly.  Thank you also to the many family fans who came out to cheer the team on!

  • to Jenna and Chris Winterhoff and a huge number of volunteers, sponsors and attendees who made Oktoberfest such a success last night (including clean-up this morning).

  • to the families who brought choir members, lectors and/or First Holy Communion students to the 9:30 Mass this morning!  It was very crowded!  The students did a great job.
