Minutes of the Parent Fundraising Committee

1.0 OPENING PRAYER

2.0 APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Alison moves to approve; Katy seconds. PASSED

3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Katy approves; Rhonda seconds.

4.0 PARKING LOT FUNDRAISER

  • Huge success- best year ever.

5.0 SPRING SALAD NIGHT

  • on track

6.0 MONTE CARLO

  • Next meeting: 7 p.m. Thursday at Decades

7.0 WALKATHON

  • Same thing as last year - aim for $15,000. Father Mark has agreed to be duct taped to the wall if goal is met.

  • Rhonda to check for additional reserved parking spots.

8.0 MOTHER THERESA’S CLOSING- GARAGE SALE

  • April 27 and May 10 from 10 to 2 pm - we should sell hot dogs, cotton candy, coffee, baked goods, and help the ladies with their sale.

9.0 PFG ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING

  • We have booked the Annex for the May 6th meeting and we are going to invite the preschool parents to get their input for next year’s fundraisers.  Agenda will be:

    • why we fundraise

    • what we fundraise for (kids activities, smart boards, bus, sports equipment, school redevelopment fund, $5000.00)

  • Possibly have another meeting in between regular meetings to critique the meeting
