It takes hours and hours of time and effort to pull together a large event and without your support and dedication to our school, it would not have been possible.

Notes/Reminders:
Please ensure you have your child's permission slip in for the walkathon.
We are within a couple of thousand dollars of meeting our walkathon goal - please continue to collect pledges this week. We would love to be able to arrange the FUN DAY for the kids if we reach $15,000.
- Thank you to those who volunteered to help with the walkathon. You will be contacted early this week.
- Baking trays/containers from Monte Carlo are ready to be picked up from the school - thank you!

Walkathon - Rain or Shine - please have your child dress for the weather.
There will be a short assembly in the gym at 9 am.
Students will then be bussed to the start point at the south end of LICKMAN ROAD (there is a parking lot there - right by Vedder River). Intermediates will leave St. Mary's at approx. 9:15. The busses will then return to the school to pick up the primary classes.
Parents walking with the children can meet us at the start point.
Following the walkathon, students will be bussed back to the school and will be treated to a hot dog and juice box. Dismissal is at 12:30 pm. Busses will run as normal.
NOTE: If you are driving your child TO the start point or taking your child directly FROM the walkathon (not returning to the school), please be sure to advise the school office and your child's teacher.
