Weekly Highlights September 14-18

Good afternoon St. Mary’s families,

As we head into another busy week, here are a few important reminders and upcoming events for September 14–18.

Important Morning Reminders

  • Parking: Please use the north parking lot only for school drop-off and pick-up.

  • Church Parking Lot: Please do not use the parking lot between the church and school for school drop off or pick up.

  • Slow Down: Please drive slowly and carefully while on school property.

  • Morning Supervision: Supervision begins at 8:25 a.m. Students should not be dropped off before this time.

  • Waiting for the Bell: If you stay with your child until the bell rings, please remain along the outside edges of the gathering area.

  • Keep Line-Up Areas Clear: Leaving the centre area open gives students space to form their class lines and allows supervising staff to move easily between students and monitor the area safely.

  • Altar Servers Meeting – Gr. 4-7 at 12:35

Tuesday, September 15

  • Choir begins!

  • Deadline for Subway Hot Lunch orders.

Wednesday, September 16

  • School Mass – Kindergarten to Grade 7. Please join us!

  • PEC Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

Friday, September 18

  • Terry Fox Assembly – 10:00 a.m. in the gym.
