Weekly Highlights: Jan. 8 - 12

I hope that you have all had an amazing holiday season!  With the later start to the holidays, December felt VERY busy, It's nice to ease into January, as things will get busy very quickly!

THANK YOU

  • to so many of you for the prayers, good wishes and gifts at Christmas.  We have such generous families - please know that it is never expected, but always received with appreciation and gratitude.

  • to everyone who brought their children to the church on Wednesday the 20th for the Advent Prayer Service.  Many years ago, when I was the music teacher, we frequently had a low turnout for evening events.  It's hard when you've prepared a class to have a low number actually there to perform - I was so impressed by the attendance that night!  Thank you for being there for your children and for us!
