Weekly Highlights January 11-16

Dear Families,

As we begin the week, we would like to strongly remind everyone to slow down in our parking lot. Lowering your speed—especially during arrival and dismissal—makes a significant difference in keeping our students safe.

Parking Lot Safety Reminder — PLEASE SLOW DOWN

🚸 Drive very slowly at all times
Young children are present, visibility is limited, and cars are frequently backing out. Reduced speed is essential.

🚫 North Parking Lot (between the school and the church)
This area is not to be used for drop-off or pick-up. It is reserved for parishioners and staff and is unsafe for student crossing.

Morning Drop-Off — South Lot Only

Enter from Mary Street
Slowly drive along the building side of the lot
Pull up to the orange cones and let your child out (staff will assist)
Do not park next to the building or in the diagonal center spaces (bus access required)
If walking your child in, park beside the hedges, stay close to your child, and use the crosswalk
Exit the lot promptly to keep traffic flowing

After-School Pick-Up — South Lot Only

Students are dismissed to the coned area near the main (west) doors
Parents are asked to walk to meet their child
Drivers: proceed slowly and cautiously through the lot
Pedestrians: use crosswalks and remain alert
Please exit the lot promptly once your child has been picked up
