Weekly Highlights: Feb. 12-19

I am so grateful for the weather this last week - it did turn cooler by Friday, but it was so nice to see the sun and to have our outside areas much drier!  It's always great when the kids can get outside.

I have been busy meeting new families in the last couple of weeks.  Thank you to those who  have recommended our school to your friends!  It's always great to hear that when I ask what has brought someone to our school.

THANK YOU

  • to everyone who attended the AGM on Wednesday night.  I'm always pleased when the parent who attends the meeting is not the one I often see at pick-up or drop-off - it's so good to be able to make connections with other family members.

  • to everyone who attended our school-led Mass this morning, especially the lectors and choir members.  A special shout-out to the choir:  Mrs. Netzlaw was unable to be here, but two of our grade 7 students, Ashlee and Audrey, stepped up to lead and did a fantastic job!

INFORMATION

  • Mrs. Netzlaw will be away this week, but Mrs. ten Bohmer will be in the office for her.  You may continue to phone or email as usual.
