Highlights of the Week: April 26 - 30

Notes/Reminders:

- Brown envelopes will be sent home on Thursday (May highlights and calendar). Please return your envelope to the school if you haven't already done so.

- Still need a few more volunteers needed for the Golf Tournament. Sign up via the Parent Facebook page or through the school's website.

- The Scavenger Hunt finishes this week (Friday). Once you have completed as many photos as you can, tally your points and upload photos to the Parent Facebook Page or email Krista. "Chicken" will be making one last appearance (Barber Park at 3:15 pm on Monday) - a photo with "Chicken" gives you an additional 15 points!. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the "hunt".

- Details on our walkathon will be provided in the May newsletter. This is the school's biggest fundraiser and we are counting on the support of all our school families. Volunteer opportunities for our walkathon will be published this week

- Mark your calendars! We will be holding another virtual BINGO on June 4th. Reserve your bingo cards by contacting the school office. Cards are $5 each and we will be playing 4 games. (We are also planning an online auction in June)

- DEADLINE TO ORDER A YEARBOOK is May 6th (we will not be ordering extras). If you are not sure if you ordered one, please contact the school office. (Yearbooks are $25).

FRIDAY

  • COLOUR DAY (non-uniform day)

  • Grade 5 class Mass

  • Freezie Friday (weather permitting)

  • Knights of Columbus Free Throw for Grades 6 & 7 during the lunch hour

  • Scavenger Hunt closes at 9 pm tonight.
