Highlights for the week of October 13-17

Dear St. Mary’s Families,

Before we get to the week ahead, please remember to report all student absences by completing the Report an Absence form on our website. For extended absences, be sure to indicate the dates in the comments box.

Our Need of the Week is peanut butter and jam! Let’s try to “Pack the Principal’s Office” with your donations. If we are successful, students will be recognized for their service work by participating in a Community Day — an afternoon where they can choose from a variety of fun activities and enjoy them alongside students from different grades.

Here are the highlights for the upcoming week:

Monday, October 13

  • Thanksgiving – No School

Tuesday, October 14

  • Grade 6 & 7 Preview Day at SJB

  • Grade 6/7 Boys Tripleball Game at High Road – 3:15 PM

  • First Communion Parent Meeting – 6:30 PM in the Church

Wednesday, October 15

  • Mass for Grades 2–7 (all are welcome to join us)

  • PEC Meeting – 7:00 PM

Thursday, October 16

  • We extend a warm welcome to our new Grade 2 teacher on her first day of school. We are so happy to have you with us Mrs. Paul.

  • Grade 1, Grade 3, and Grade 4  Environmental Presentations throughout the morning

  • Grade 6/7 Girls Tripleball Game at Cascade – 3:15 PM

Friday, October 17

  • Living Rosary – 9:30 AM in the gym

  • Badminton Club – 3:00–3:50 PM
