Dear St. Mary’s School Families,

Here are the important highlights and reminders for the week of December 6 to December 13:

Friday, December 6:

• Staff Retreat – No school for students.

Monday, December 9:

• Candy Grams Fundraiser – Order candy canes for $1 and candy bags for $3. Parents may send in an order for their child by emailing kchoboter@saintmarysschool.ca. Orders will be accepted all week, so don’t miss out!

• Gift Card Orders – This is the final day to order gift cards in time for Christmas. Be sure to submit your orders by noon!

• Excel Martial Arts - Will lead all PHE classes today.

Wednesday, December 11:

• Mass for Grades 2-7 - Please join us!

• School Christmas Lunch – A festive meal of turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables, a bun with butter, and cookies for dessert. If your child has dietary restrictions or preferences, they can bring a packed lunch if needed.

Friday, December 13:

• Christmas Shop – Everyone is invited to bring $2 for the Christmas Shop.

Reminders:

• Christmas Food Hamper Donations – We are collecting donations for our annual Christmas hampers. Please refer to the December newsletter for details about the family you’ll be helping.

• Intermediate Students – Interested in auditioning for the school play? Don’t forget to submit your permission slip, pick up your audition piece from Mrs. O., and sign up for your audition time as soon as possible.

• Hot Lunch - Ordering for January will open December 12. PLEASE NOTE: The first deadline for ordering is January 1 (during Christmas break)!
