Dear St. Mary's Families,

Isn't this another unsettling time we are working through? It's been hard to tear myself away from social media, seeing everything that is going on around us, particularly in Abbotsford. Many prayers for those who are directly affected by this flooding. I hope that none of you are experiencing hardships; if you are in any sort of trouble, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and our community. We are a family.

As some of you know, School District 33 has already made the decision to close tomorrow. Prior to learning that, I was in consultation with other local independent schools and our PEC, and have also talked to our superintendent's office. Based on those discussions, we have made the decision that St. Mary's will again close tomorrow. Safety for all is always primary.
